You have an E-Ticket/Print at Home ticket if you purchased your tickets online.
Concert Tickets: Please use the link in YOUR emailed ticket confirmation (received after your purchase from Tix.com) to PRINT OUT* your tickets with the QR code before coming to the venue. The FRI/SAT/SUN tickets QR code will be scanned at the gate upon entry into the venue. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO TO WILL CALL IF YOU JUST HAVE GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS.
(*NOTE: Printed tickets are preferred, but we can read the ticket QR Code off your phone)
Express Party Pass/Gold Access/ Platinum: IF YOU HAVE AN E-TICKET FOR EXPRESS PARTY PASSES, GOLD ACCESS AREA, OR PLATINUM, YOU MUST HAVE IT SCANNED AT WILL CALL IN EXCHANGE FOR YOUR PHYSICAL WRISTBANDS.
Party VIP Tables/ Beach Loungers: Please bring your PRINTED TICKET* (physically or digitally) with a valid ID and confirmation order number to the specific party event. After entering the event, the VIP Host will scan your QR Code, and you will be escorted to your table or given your Beach Lounger. THIS IS NOT AN AT-WILL CALL ITEM. ALSO, REMEMBER ADMISSION IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE PRICE OF THE TABLE.

SBMF 2025 WILL CALL LOCATIONS:
Of course, you can pick up all WILL CALL ticket orders at the venue on the day of the show. The box office opens two hours before the start of the concert shows.
Also, we will have the ticket WILL CALL available near the entrance of the nightclub parties, WED &THU, starting at 9 PM, and FRI-SUN, beginning at 10 PM. Also, as a courtesy, we will have a WILL CALL desk at the airport during Wednesday’s arrival from 11:30 to 4 PM, AND Thursday’s arrivals from 12:30 to 3:30 PM.
You can pick up all orders under your name at the times listed below. For pickup, we will need your PRINTED TICKET* (physically or digitally) with a valid ID and confirmation order number.

Wednesday, May 21:
- 11:30 to 4 PM – SBMF25 Airport WILL CALL (Look for signs after leaving Baggage Claim)
- 9 PM to Midnight – Opening Party @ Casino Royale – Maho Village (Maho Beach, St Maarten)
Thursday, May 22:
- 12:30 to 3:30 PM – SBMF25 Airport WILL CALL (Look for signs after leaving Baggage Claim)
- 9 PM to Midnight – All-White Party @ Bamboo Beach – Nettle Bay, St Martin
Friday, May 23:
- Box Office opens @ 6 PM – Comedy Concert @ Jocelyn Arndell Festival Village – Pond Island in Philipsburg, St Maarten (PLEASE NOTE THE COMEDY CONCERT STARTS AT 8 PM)
- 10 PM to Midnight – Nightclub Party @ Aleeze Convention Center – Madame Estate, St Maarten
Saturday, May 24:
- Box Office opens @ 5 PM – Music Concert @ Jocelyn Arndell Festival Village – Pond Island in Philipsburg, St Maarten (CONCERT STARTS AT 7 PM)
- 10 PM to Midnight – Nightclub Party @ Bamboo Beach – Nettle Bay, St Martin
Sunday, May 25:
- Box Office opens @ 9 PM – R&B/Soul Event @ Bamboo Beach – Nettle Bay, St Martin
